1 Wrong audience
Posting on general social to people who already know Suzanne. "Christina" โ the stuck 40-something executive โ is not in that audience. She's on LinkedIn reading about leadership and career.

The current site asks people to register for a masterclass as a cold first step. That's a big ask from a stranger. A 2-minute quiz warms them up first โ it gives them something before asking for their time.

The call is not a pitch โ it's a 30-minute conversation to understand whether the program is a genuine fit. If it is, make the offer clearly and warmly.
